Studio Classes
Which class is right for me?
All classes last for 60 minutes.
We start by settling in, connecting to the breath and setting intention.
We end in a resting pose.
What happens for the rest of each hour is described here.
If you’ve got any questions about whether a class will be suitable for your specific needs, please get in touch.

Gentle
Breathe and move at a gentle pace that’s ideal for people who are new to yoga.
No prior experience needed – poses are broken down and explained with staged options, giving you time to focus on range, alignment and the impact of each movement on the body.
We’ll take time to notice the breath, settle the mind, and calm the nervous system
Expect: A mix of floor-based and standing poses, followed by a gentle ease into stillness.
Restore
The focus is low, slow and mindful in these yin-inspired, restorative sessions.
Floor-based, using a range of props including bolsters and blankets to fully support your body in passive poses that promote deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Gravity creates the magic here. This one’s about releasing and letting go…
Expect: To really tune into sensation, find your edge and let go of embodied stress.
Flow
Poses are stacked together into a dynamic moving sequence in this Vinyasa-inspired class.
We’ll move mindfully, exploring the connections between breath and intention, effort and ease and strength and balance – until the movement becomes the meditation…
Expect: Sun salutations, standing balances and warrior flows. Less explanation, more movement.
Stretch
Lifting heavy at the gym? Smashing your PB at ParkRun?
With its focus on stabilising muscles that support posture, alignment and control, yoga might be your surprise best friend.
Learn to identify, target and release tension in overworked areas.
Expect: To work on flexibility and finding a different type of strength in stillness
